She holds a master’s degree in education from Long Island University, and prior to changing her career path to insurance, she worked with children with autism. Jessica holds her Property and Casualty and Life and Health Licenses. Her leadership and knowledge of insurance has led her to an office manager role for the agency and she is very proud of all the years and effort spent serving the Long Island community alongside her father Bill McLear Jr. On her personal time, she loves to go camping, cooking, running, and spending time with her husband and their two beautiful children.
